Ockeys R Us : Oches: The Perfect Oche Throw

We respectfully ask our customers and anyone using our oches to use them with care. No more effort than is necessary to lift the boards is required. If excessive force is used, then the oche will have been folded incorrectly (read again the instruction leaflet) and their is a possibility that the board may break or fracture at the hinge(s).
Customers are asked to make anyone using the oche, aware of exactly how the oche folds before they use the oche. Failure to follow the instructions supplied will invalidate the guarantee and any damage of this type will not be covered by our guarantee.

Due to the way the MDF boards are manufactured, there is on rare occasions a mark or a blemish left on the surface of the boards. During construction we make every effort to conceal these marks and blemishes and we try to make sure they are not visible when the oches are in use but sometimes this cannot be avoided. Therefore any visible marks or blemishes of this nature will not be considered a fault or defect of our making and are just part of the board appearance.


We use a traceable delivery service for peace of mind on both sides. Please make sure you supply us with a reliable  e.mail address, mobile phone number and a delivery address where someone should be available to receive the order. The standard delivery price quoted is for the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving your reply to our confirmation e.mail and our courier will normally deliver within 1 to 2 working days from our dispatch date. We dispatch our items on normal weekdays from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and between 15th of December and 3rd of January). Once your order is collected by the couriers, we can no longer be held responsible for any transportation delay. However, we will do everything we can to help get the order delivered to you.
Overseas orders will be dispatched as above and we use the most reliable and cost effective couriers we can find. Any tracking details available will be supplied so you can track your orders progress to your door.


If you are not happy with your purchase you may return your oche within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full minus the un-subsidised delivery charge and subject to A & B below and if we receive it in it’s original and unused condition and complete in it’s original packaging as supplied and suitable for re-sale.
The following are not subject to a refund.
A: The cost of adding your own name/logo to your oche will not be refunded.
B: A refund is not available for an oche which has been cut according to your instructions.
Please make absolutely sure option A & B are exactly what you require before purchasing.
Please note, the cost of returning the goods are at the buyers expense.
Before returning an item you must contact us quoting your order reference, order name and delivery address (this can be found on your receipt or by contacting us) and your reason for returning your oche. Thank you.
